Garden & Farming Leads To Healthy Choices

One of my inspirations for starting Yummy Tummy Farms is the growing obesity epidemic which has lead to or supports the diabetes epidemic. Yummy Tummy Farms will develop programs to teach adults and children how to grow their own food and in so doing will influence families to eat more healthy fruits and vegetables. By learning how to garden and farm, adults and children will be outside exercising thus avoiding a sedentary lifestyle which also contributes to poor health.
