I will be blogging and posting pictures from the The National Heirloom Expo 2012 all week as well as related topics. For example, yesterday, as a member of the California Rare Fruit Growers, I had the pleasure of touring Phil Pieri’s rare fruit farm in Cotati, CA. It was a great time and a real honor to be around so many of California’s great rare fruit growers; needless to say, I was asking questions, taking notes, and learning a whole lot. Here are some great pictures of rare Apples and Pears:
I hope you enjoyed checking out some rare apples and pears live as it happened from Phil Pieri’s Farm. I also took several pictures of a Dragon Fruit demonstration and tasting that was wonderful. I might have saved a few Dragon Fruit seeds so Yummy Tummy Farms can grow it’s own Dragon, but you’ll have to stay tuned to find out. Keep checking back over the next three days as I post all day every day live from the National Heirloom Expo 2012. Lastly, please share the pictures across your social networks and like them on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and follow the blog on WordPress.
